Franchise group communication development plan

Reviewed, analysed, planned, developed and implemented a complete digital transformation for a franchise group stakeholder communication. Being the group marketing consultant for over four years, we've helped the group digitalise their internal and external communication. We've improved the franchise group digital presence and introduced social media, websites, social groups, webinars, weekly/monthly EDM's, videos, national campaigns, and more.

Design & implementation of digital transformation strategy for a non-for profit industry association and RTO.

Served as the marketing consultancy firm for an industry association and RTO for over three years, our role involved the design and implementation of digital marketing plans for the organisation. Our work with the rest of the association team in digitalising the communication platforms involved the development of over five websites, two learning management systems (LMS), the delivery of three national conferences (the last being fully marketed online), and the production of a range of training and industry programs videos.

Concept design and implementation of an interactive solution to display & facilitate the finding & ordering of an industry products and spare parts

To help a group of companies operating since 1975 in pumping, outdoor power products, renewable energy, and water treatment industries digitalise their marketing and communication, we have reimagined and redesigned their digital platforms to deliver value to their customers. Moving forward from simple web presence to functional web presence was at the core of our activities. Helping users identify what they are looking for comes before assisting them in finding the right solution. Our work involved designing and delivering solutions as well as training and leading the behavioural change through a series of training and coaching sessions.

Concept development of an online retail solution for a franchise group

Reviewed and analysed the challenges facing starting an online retail store for an independently owned and operated franchise group. The project presented a solution for the group to penetrate the eCommerce market given the challenges involved with price, cost and stock level differentiation between the franchisees. We have conceptualised and prototyped a platform that offers an excellent solution for the franchise group to start a competitive eCommerce.

Concept design for an online retail store in a highly competitve but declining market

Not all online sales are growing; as a fact, some are declining and losing market share to brick and mortar stores. Based on research findings presented by Deloitte Digital and capitalizing on their market survey, we have conceptualized a platform that addresses the major issues causing the declining online sales of that particular market. The project has been approved and in the process of development for a soft launch in late August.

Claytech Pumps

Client: Clayton Engineering
About the Project: Part of a digital transformation project for Clayton Engineering and its three businesses, the Claytech Pumps website has been redeveloped to provide customers with a completely new experience. Targeting residential DIY and plumbers the website guides users to find the right pump using a "find your pump" and "replace your pump" making it a truley amazing user experience which has helped thousands of clients with their pumping needs.

Mobiles4u

Client: Mobiles4u.com.au- An online store for mobile phones and accessories.
About the Project: A website designed to sell online a range of unlocked mobile phones and accessories across Australia. This website includes 360 images of phones, review videos, interactive comparison chart. The website addresses the declining online sales of mobile phones to physical stores and tries to provide users with all information and experience needed to make a decision without the need to go to a store.

Solo Sprayers Australia

Client: Solo Sprayers
About the Project: The number one German brand of chemical sprayer in the world engaged in a project to revolutionalise their digital presence and online sales in Australia. Finding the right balance to maximise their e-commerce sales without compromising dealers in-store sales was a significant challenge. The key was to map the whole user experience and deliver interactive ways to facilitate finding information for both dealers and end-users. This resulted in over 70% increase in page views and 425% increase in online sales.

Waterwise Programs

Client: Irrigation Australia - the peak national body representing the entire irrigation industry.
About the Project: A directory website to help people find a Waterwise irrigation installer and design shops in their region. The goal is to promote the installation of Waterwise irrigation systems across the country. We've helped in launching this program in other states across Australia with an aim to nationalize the program by 2020. We have worked with state governments and water utilities across Australia to launch and promote the program digitally.

ICID 2020

Client: ICID & Irrigation Australia
About the Project: The biggest irrigation show in the southern hemisphere. We are the marketing agency for the whole event which attracts delegates from all corners of the world. This is a dual event happening at the same time and the website should reflect this by integrating both events, but still distinguishing between both. This event is supported by the NSW Government and is expected to attract over 3,000 delegates including high officials from international countries.
